Flat-rate shipping is $6.95 per order within the USA. Orders are processed the next business day.

Check Your Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error afterward, contact GenAthleteX with your order number and the correction needed. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address you supplied, eligible merchandise will be refunded after the package is returned. Original shipping charges are not refundable. You may place a new order using the correct address.
Problems With Your Order
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or is missing an item. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs when applicable.
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate. When an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will arrange the appropriate handling of shipping costs as part of resolving the issue.
Undelivered Packages
If your package has not arrived, contact us about your order. We will investigate with the carrier.
Returns
Eligible discretionary returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed, resalable condition.
Opened or used personal-care products are not eligible for discretionary return. If there is a problem with an item you received, contact us so we can review it.
How to Request a Return
- Contact GenAthleteX with your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for your request.
- Receive the correct return instructions and destination before mailing your return.
- Send the eligible product according to those instructions.
Return destinations may differ by product. Please do not send a return to our public business address unless your return instructions specifically direct you there.
Return Shipping and Fees
Customers pay return shipping for discretionary returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable for discretionary returns. There is no restocking fee for purchases made directly through the GenAthleteX website.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received, inspected and approved.
Direct exchanges are not currently offered. You may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
