Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed during checkout. Product availability may change.

Genuine pricing, product-information or availability errors may be corrected before fulfillment. If an affected order has already been charged and cannot be fulfilled as ordered, you will be notified and the appropriate amount refunded.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance for fulfillment.

An order may be refused or cancelled for legitimate reasons, including unavailable inventory, payment failure, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error. Appropriate refunds will be issued where applicable.

To request a change or cancellation, contact GenAthleteX with your order number and the requested change.

Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.

Payments are accepted through WooPayments, our current checkout integration, with Stripe supporting the underlying payment processing. Supported payment methods are displayed at checkout. Additional payment options, potentially including PayPal, may become available and will be displayed at checkout when enabled. PayPal is not currently available.

Payment must be successfully authorized before processing. Failed or declined transactions may prevent completion of an order. Applicable refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Review that policy before placing an order or mailing a return.

Guest checkout is available, and customer accounts are optional.

If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your login credentials. Contact us if you believe unauthorized access has occurred. Do not send your password through the contact form. 

Accounts may be suspended or closed when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or misuse, or at the customer's request.

Gogo Marketing LLC owns the GenAthleteX intellectual property used on this website.
